No. We agree on access beforehand, for example by arranging a key handover. You are of course welcome to be there at the start or when we finish.
Usable items are reused or donated where possible. The rest is sorted and removed through appropriate disposal channels and recycling centres. If something has special value to you, please let us know beforehand.
